About Us

It’s been close to 40 years since Jeff Junkert built his first home.  Since then, he’s earned a solid reputation of constructing stunningly designed homes with a personal touch. His commitment to the industry is one of the reasons why Jeff has been voted “Builder of the Year” multiple times and served as the statewide president of the Montana Building Industry Association. During his term, he helped establish green build guidelines for the state in order to ensure that all new construction has the ability to be more environmentally friendly. You might have seen some of his work on ABC’s hit TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. He not only helped build a home for the Carter family in Billings, but was called on to help a dream team of builders rebuild a church in the heart of hurricane-ravaged New Orleans. Without question, Jeff has come a long way since his business began. In today’s tough economic times, his focus has turned to building energy-efficient and affordable homes. He knows the American dream of homeownership shouldn’t have to break the bank and that’s why both the Grand Peaks and Kingston developments were created. Both offer a variety of home designs fit for all needs and budgets. While there have been new developments and home designs, one thing that hasn’t changed over the years is Jeff Junkert’s commitment to quality construction.
